Designed for 3 1/2 - 5-year-old kids. Tiny tigers learn martial arts, play fitness inspired games, and learn how to follow directions and communication skills to respect others.
Ages 5 1/2 - 8 years old. Students learn basic up to advanced fundamentals of Martial Arts: including kicks, punches, blocks, stretching, and bodyweight exercises.
