This website provides information about our programs, class schedules, and school resources. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Program descriptions, schedules, pricing, and belt requirements on this site are provided for general information and may change. Current schedules, pricing, and policies are confirmed at enrollment. In the event of any difference between this website and a signed enrollment agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Using this website does not enroll you or your child in any program. Enrollment, class participation, membership terms, payments, freezes, and cancellations are governed by our enrollment agreement and liability waiver, which must be signed before participating in any class, including trial classes. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any student under 18.

Trial requests and class bookings made through this site are requests, not confirmed reservations, until we confirm them. Scheduling and member accounts are managed through GymDesk, a third-party service with its own terms of use.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, curriculum materials, and downloadable resources such as our belt journey booklets, belongs to Sidekick Martial Arts & Fitness. Downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use by our students and their families. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Access to member-only resources, including rank-specific curriculum booklets, is provided through the GymDesk member portal and is limited to active members. Sharing portal access or gated materials with non-members is not permitted.

Content on this site, including fitness and training information, is general information and not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any martial arts or fitness program.

This site may link to or rely on third-party services such as GymDesk, social media platforms, and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidekick Martial Arts & Fitness is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation applies to website use only; responsibility relating to class participation is addressed in the signed enrollment agreement and waiver.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes relating to this website will be handled in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
